Refund Policy

We are very happy to accept returns and exchanges.

Please kindly contact Sorbet Ltd within 30 days of your invoice date and we will set up the process. We also request the returns package is posted within 30 days of your invoice date.  Please note: If you have purchased a Beanie hat then please contact us within 14 days.

The Returns and Exchanges procedure is as follows:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of your goods by email -sales@sorbetltd.co.uk with the reason for the return or exchange. If you have purchased a Beanie hat then please contact us within 14 days by email.

2. We will then request you to return the goods to our business address or our returns address – the address will be confirmed upon receipt of your email

3. Please return the goods by first class mail (to be paid by you) and ask the post office to give you a proof of posting.

4. The return package should contain your full name & address and order no. and the goods should be packed carefully and the package addressed clearly

5. Goods returned should be returned in the original condition in which they were sent and not worn otherwise sorbet reserve the right to refuse a refund

6. Upon receipt of your goods we will sanction a full refund for the items only, not including the returns postage cost

7. If you are exchanging an item then please note that postage cost of the goods being returned to us should be paid by you. There may also be a charge for sending out the replacement items to you. This will be confirmed when you make a returns enquiry
